New to Pandora

You’ve joined a brand built on personal expression, meaningful moments, and care—and we’re so happy you’re here. Starting a new role is a big milestone, and your benefits are part of how Pandora supports you through this moment and many more to come.

Start with what matters most

We know there’s a lot to take in during your first weeks, so we’ve made benefits enrollment simple and approachable. This checklist will help you choose what fits you—your life, your priorities, and your plans ahead.

You have 30 days from your date of hire to enroll in your Pandora benefits. Make your selections before the window closes.

  • Check your eligibility. You’re eligible for Pandora benefits if you’re a full-time, regular employee.
  • Adding loved ones? If you plan to cover a spouse or eligible dependents, have their names, birth dates, and relationship information ready. It’ll help enrollment go smoothly.
  • Explore your options. This site is your go-to resource for learning about your benefits. Take a few minutes to look around and get comfortable with what’s available.
  • Reflect before you choose. Thinking about your healthcare needs from the past year can help you select benefits that support you now—and protect what matters most going forward.

Benefits crafted with care

At Pandora, your benefits are about you—your life, your priorities, your people. That’s why we give you real choices, so you can choose the benefits that fit you and your family today and wherever life takes you next.

Enrolling in your benefits

All enrollments are managed through Canada Life’s Member Self-Serve Enrollment (MSSE). You’ll receive an email to your Pandora email address or text with a personalized link to complete your enrollment online. It’s your personal benefits dashboard where you can:

  • Enroll in your benefits by submitting all benefit options
  • Submit your beneficiary information
  • Review or update any spending account choices, if available
  • Make updates after a qualifying life event
  • Take care of any benefits needs, all in one place

Important: Canada Life does not automatically enroll you in coverage. If you don’t enroll before the deadline, you will not have benefits. You must submit all benefit options and beneficiary information through Canada Life’s Member MSSE before your enrollment window closes.

When benefits begin

Your benefits begin 90 days after you’re enrolled and continue until you leave Pandora or are terminated.

As a new hire, you’re eligible to enroll after 30 days from your hire date. Your benefits take effect 90 days after hire date or a life status change.

Take action within 30 days

If you’re a new hire or you’ve recently moved from part-time to full-time status, enroll by your deadline so you don’t become a late applicant. Once you make your selections, they’ll stay in place for the remainder of your employment, unless you experience a qualifying life event—like getting married, welcoming a baby, or gaining or losing other coverage.

When life changes, your benefits can too

When a qualifying life event taps you on the shoulder, update your benefits in Canada Life’s Member Self-Serve Enrollment (MSSE) or through the Benefits Zendesk (if you need support) by the applicable deadline so your change can be processed on time.

A few final touches

  • Some benefits may require evidence of insurability, so keep an eye out for next steps. Coverage that requires approval will begin only if and when Canada Life approves it.
  • After you enroll, register for My Canada Life at Work so you can access your benefits information, submit eligible claims online, review claims history, update direct deposit, and access your benefits card when available.
  • When you need assistance, you can contact the benefits provider directly. Check out Contacts for provider information.
  • Your benefits are available for every stage of life. Visit this site anytime to rediscover resources and make the most of what Pandora offers.
  • Need to waive coverage? You can only waive health coverage and dental coverage if your spouse has coverage for you. Fill out section 3 of the Group Coverage Change Form, and submit it to the Benefits Team via Benefits Zendesk. You’ll need to provide the date of this change and your spouse’s insurance information.
  • Need to add an overage dependent? Fill out the Overage Dependent Coverage Form, and submit to Canada Life. Your application will be reviewed by the medical underwriting team, and you will be notified if your application has been approved.
