New for September 1—Pandora is adding and expanding several Canada Life coverage features, including adding family building benefits, wigs, breast prostheses, IUD coverage, pharmacogenetic testing, and a broader list of eligible mental health practitioners. Offered through Consult+
Consult+ is a virtual healthcare and telemedicine app that provides 24/7 on-demand access to doctors, nurses, and other health professionals.
- Nonurgent care: Access licensed healthcare practitioners by chat, audio, or video for minor illnesses, rashes, prescription renewals, and mental health support.
- Prescription management: Providers can send prescriptions directly to your local pharmacy electronically or arrange for delivery.
- No out-of-pocket costs: Interacting with health professionals through the app is free.
- Family coverage: Coverage often extends to dependents, provided they are covered under your plan.
How to set up your account and access Consult+
- Go to mycanadalifeatwork.com and sign in to access Consult+.
- If you don’t have an online account yet, select Register and follow the on-screen steps to create one.
- Have your plan number and member ID handy. You can find both on your Canada Life benefits card, or on My Canada Life at Work if you don’t have your card nearby.
- Once your account is set up, access Consult+ through the Consult+ mobile app or from a web browser.

Whether you’re dealing with a complex health condition, have medical questions or concerns, or need guidance on treatment options, Teladoc Health can support you in making informed, confident health decisions.
Mental health navigator: Expert psychologists and psychiatrists review each diagnosis and treatment plan and deliver a personalized action plan, with navigator support throughout the journey.
Weight management program: A holistic program that addresses medical, psychological, and lifestyle factors, with nurse case manager support and specialist physician involvement when medication is appropriate.
Menopause care program: Evidence-based virtual care for perimenopause and menopause, including personalized support for symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disturbances, brain fog, and anxiety.
How to set up your Teladoc account
- Visit My Canada Life to start your Expert Medical Services case online.
- You can also call (877) 419-2378 if you prefer to start by phone.
- Follow the prompts to initiate your case, and provide the requested information so Teladoc Health can connect you with the right support.
- After your case is started, Teladoc Health will coordinate your review with a team of specialists and guide you through next steps.
Prescription drug coverage
Your prescription drug coverage can help reduce what you pay for eligible medications. Some medications may require prior authorization before Canada Life can approve coverage.

Accessing your plan membership
You can access your benefit cards, verify coverage, and view plan details through the My Canada Life at Work app or website. After you register and sign in, use your account to view your benefits plan information, access your benefits card, submit eligible claims, review claims history, and update direct deposit.
