Ready to get started?
- Get approval first: Submit a Tuition Assistance Application and review it with your manager before your course begins. Review the Employee Tuition Agreement.
- Complete your course: Finish with a grade of C or higher.
- Submit your documentation: Within 30 days of course completion, submit proof of completion, your final grade, and an itemized receipt.
Approved reimbursements are paid through payroll.
The fine print
If you receive tuition reimbursement, you must remain employed with Pandora for one year after completing the course.
If you leave before the year is complete, you may be required to repay the reimbursed amount. This commitment is not prorated.
If Pandora ends your employment without cause, repayment is not required.
Note: Participation does not change your at will employment status.
Online courses are eligible if they’re part of an accredited, work-related program. Courses should be taken outside of work hours, unless you’re using paid time off. Only successfully completed courses are eligible for reimbursement.
