At Pandora, your financial benefits are designed to help you feel more confident about your future and protected along the way.

401(k) plan

Saving for retirement doesn’t have to be complicated. The Pandora 401(k) plan, through Banco Popular, helps you build long-term financial security with easy paycheck savings, a generous company match, and free one-on-one support whenever you need it.

Make a smart move with the 401(k)

The 401(k) plan is designed to make saving feel doable with no finance degree required! With the 401(k) you can take advantage of plan benefits such as:

  • Save automatically from your paycheck.
  • Grow your savings faster with our match of up to 6% of your pretax contributions—that’s like free money just for contributing!
  • Pick your own investments, or if you need some guidance, the plan can do it for you.

Who can participate?

You’re eligible if you are at least 21 years old and have completed 90 days of service. You can participate the month after you become eligible and adjust your savings anytime as your life changes.

How much can you save?

You have flexibility to save in a way that works for you:

  • Pretax contributions: Up to $15,000 per year
  • Catch-up contributions (age 50+): Add up to $1,500 more

Plus, you’re in control. You can increase, decrease, or pause contributions anytime (monthly).

Grab the company match!

One of the best parts about the Pandora 401(k) is that we invest in your future, too! Pandora matches 100% of your pretax contributions, up to 6% of your pay.

This match begins after your first three months of employment, and you’re immediately vested in the money we contribute. This means it’s yours to keep—no strings attached!

Even though 6% of your pay may feel like a stretch to contribute, you’ll instantly double your savings when you contribute 6% of your pay.

How your money is invested

If you don’t make an election, your money goes into a Target Date Fund based on your age. These funds automatically adjust over time—more growth early on, more stability as you near retirement.

Prefer more control? You can build your own portfolio using available investment options. Smart tip: Try to spread your investments across different options. Putting too much (more than ~20%) in one investment can increase risk.

Short-term disability (STD)

If an illness or injury keeps you from working, state short-term disability helps replace part of your income so that you’re not worrying about finances while you focus on getting better.

File for disability

To submit a disability claim, fill out the form through SINOT and follow the instructions for submission.

How it works

You may qualify for STD if you’re receiving appropriate medical care and following your treatment plan, and you’re unable to earn at least 80% of your regular income in your current role.

An eligible medical reason may include:

  • Recovery from surgery
  • A serious illness or injury
  • Pregnancy, childbirth, and recovery time (as defined by the plan)
  • Other conditions supported by medical documentation

STD generally doesn’t cover time off that isn’t medically necessary or conditions that don’t meet the plan’s definition of disability.

Know the difference! If your condition is work-related, you may be covered under Workers’ Compensation instead of STD.

What you’ll receive

  • Benefit percentage: STD replaces 50% of your weekly pay
  • Weekly maximum: Up to $200 per week
  • Waiting period: 7 days
  • Benefit duration: Up to 25 weeks, as long as you remain eligible
  • Note: Benefits may be reduced by other income, like state disability benefits or paid time off

Important to know: If you expect to be out more than a few days, it’s best to start your claim early, even if you don’t have all documentation ready yet.

What else is included

The plan includes support to help you return to work safely, including:

  • Rehabilitation incentive: May increase your weekly benefit by 10%
  • Family care incentive: Reimbursement of up to $100 per week for eligible expenses like child care (after your fourth week of benefits)
  • Moving expense incentive: May be available if relocation is recommended as part of an approved rehabilitation program

When combined with part‑time earnings and other benefits, your total income may equal up to 100% of your pre-disability pay.
