Health Care FSA
Health Care FSA
Can be used for medical, dental, and vision expenses, including:
- Copays and deductibles
- Prescription medications
- Dental and orthodontia expenses
- Vision exams, glasses, and contact lenses
In 2026 you can elect to contribute up to $3,400, which is frontloaded beginning the plan year (August 1) and available to you to use.
Plan carefully! You have 60 days after the plan year ends on July 31 to submit claims. After the 60 days, Wex will automatically roll over up to $680 of unused funds into 2027, so plan your contributions accordingly.
Dependent Care FSA
Dependent Care FSA
A Dependent Care FSA be used for eligible care expenses for dependents so that you can focus on your workday with peace of mind, including:
- Daycare or preschool
- Before- and after-school programs
- In-home caregiving
- Summer day camps (non-overnight)
In 2026 you can elect up to $7,500 in contributions, but keep in mind that this is a use-it-or-lose-it account. You have 60 days after the plan year ends on July 31 to submit claims. Any remaining funds after the 60 days are forfeited.
Accessing your FSA funds
- Choose the Healthcare and/or Dependent Care FSA during Open Enrollment.
- If you’re a new FSA enrollee, Wex will send you a card along with details on how to set up your account.
- If you’re a current FSA accountholder with Wex and re-enroll, you can continue using your FSA card.
- If you are new to Pandora’s benefits and previously had a Wex card, you can request a new card online.
- Your contribution will be frontloaded and deposited into your check during the first payroll period in August.

- Use your FSA debit card at eligible providers.
- Submit receipts for reimbursement when needed.
