At Pandora, we’re always looking for ways to thoughtfully design benefits that feel supportive, meaningful, and easy to use. For the plan year beginning August 1, 2026, we’ve made several updates to our plans and programs to better support every aspect of your life.

What’s new and changing
The following are benefits enhancements and changes that are effective August 1, 2026.
Garner Health: Engage and save money
Once you add your doctor as a Top Provider in the Garner app and add that provider to your care team before your appointment, your eligible out-of-pocket costs can qualify for reimbursement through the Garner Health Reimbursement Account (HRA).
- UHC Gold Choice members receive up to $250 (employee) / $500 (family) from Garner Health in the HRA
- UHC Platinum Choice members receive up to $1,000 (employee) / $2,000 (family) from Garner Health in the HRA
- UHC Silver HDHP Choice members receive up to $1,000 (employee) / $2,000 (family) from Garner Health in the HRA
Note: IRS rules require HSA account holders to first meet the 2026 spending requirement of $1,700 (employee-only coverage) or $3,400 (family coverage) without using HSA funds before Garner can reimburse medical costs. You cannot use your HSA funds for costs that will be reimbursed by Garner—that’s considered “double dipping” and is not allowed.
2026 savings and spending account limits
If you enrolled in a flexible spending account or the UHC Silver HDHP Choice Plus with HSA plan, know the 2026 IRS contribution limits for each account.
Additional benefit enhancements
- Growing your family doesn’t always follow one path. Pandora is expanding support with adoption and surrogacy benefits.
- Bringing a new pet home is a big moment. To help you start this next chapter, Pandora will reimburse both full- and part-time employees up to $250 in eligible pet adoption costs.
- New! Find legal support through MetLife Legal Plans. Access experienced attorneys and easy-to-use tools for everyday legal needs—with less stress and fewer out-of-pocket costs.
- Protect yourself with the new Identity Theft and Monitoring benefit through MetLife and Aura.
- New child? Beginning August 1, Pandora will offer up to eight weeks of paid time off so that you can focus on bonding with your newborn or newly adopted child. You can receive full pay for the first four weeks, 80% for the following two weeks and 60% for the remaining two weeks under this leave.
