Wagmo Wellness plans make it easier to stay on top of your pet’s health by helping reimburse routine essentials like grooming, vaccines, and checkups—the things most insurance plans don’t include. When you enroll in Wagmo Wellness, you get:

If you want to enroll in one of the Wagmo Pet Wellness plans (Value, Classic, Deluxe), you must do so during Open Enrollment.

Full-time employees: Select the plan you want and enroll through BenefitFocus. Plan costs will be deducted via payroll. Once you’ve completed enrollment, watch for a welcome email from Wagmo.

Part-time employees: Select the plan you want and enroll via the microsite. Plan costs will be billed to you directly. Once you’ve completed enrollment, watch for a welcome email from Wagmo.

Submitting a wellness claim: Take a photo of your vet bill and submit it. Reimbursement is typically delivered within 24 hours via Venmo, PayPal, or bank transfer. Learn more about how to submit a claim.

• Customizable plan options: Choose your annual deductible ($250, $500, or $1,000), reimbursement rate (70%, 80%, or 90%), and annual limit ($5,000 to $20,000).
• Your choice of vet: No network requirements: You can visit any licensed veterinarian in the U.S.
• Waiting period: 14 days after purchasing coverage; then you can use your insurance.
• Easy claim submission: Filing a claim takes less than a minute; reimbursements are delivered via bank transfer or direct check.
• Coverage includes (but is not limited to): emergency vet visits, surgeries, hospital stays, X-rays, cancer treatment, swallowed objects, broken bones, hereditary conditions, digestive issues, and dental illnesses and gum disease (subject to policy terms, conditions, and coverage limits).

You pay the full cost of this benefit. Premiums are based on, and may increase or decrease due to, the age of your pet, the species or breed of your pet, and your home address. 

You can enroll in Wagmo Pet Insurance after you’ve selected Wagmo Pet Wellness coverage during Open Enrollment. You’ll be direct billed the cost, depending on the plan you choose.

• Available once per calendar year
• Up to a lifetime maximum of 3 reimbursements
• Designed to help cover eligible adoption expenses

You can use this benefit for reasonable, adoption-related costs, including adoption or rescue organization fees, spay/neuter services (if part of adoption), required vaccinations at the time of adoption, and licensing fees.

Ongoing or post-adoption costs aren’t eligible, such as food, toys, or grooming; pet insurance; routine or follow-up vet care.

This benefit applies to cats and dogs adopted through licensed shelters, rescue organizations, and accredited adoption agencies. Purchases from breeders, pet stores, or informal/private adoptions without documentation are not eligible.

To receive your reimbursement:

1. Submit a Benefits ZenDesk ticket.
2. Include proof of adoption (such as an adoption agreement or certificate), itemized receipts for eligible expenses, and date of adoption.
3. Submit your request within 90 days of the adoption date.

Approved reimbursements are paid through payroll. Payments are grossed up and reported for tax purposes. You’re responsible for any tax impact beyond the gross-up.

There are no copays, deductibles, or claim forms when you work with a network attorney for covered matters.

Planning ahead doesn’t have to be complicated. Through MetLife’s digital estate planning solution, you can create important documents online, often in as little as 15 minutes, such as:

• A Last Will and Testament
• Advance directives for healthcare decisions
• Durable financial powers of attorney
• Probate avoidance documents (availability varies by state)

If your situation is more complex, and you need more help, you’ll be guided to connect directly with a network attorney for additional support.

• Search for attorneys by ZIP code, specialty, experience, or identity attributes.
• Meet with attorneys in person, by phone, or by email.
• Get help scheduling appointments through the Client Service Center.

You can use the benefit as often as needed for covered matters—there’s no limit on use.

1. Create an account at members.legalplans.com using your personal or work email.
2. View your coverage and search for a network attorney.
3. Contact the attorney directly to schedule a consultation or appointment.

All billing is handled between MetLife and the attorney, so there’s less for you to manage.

Coverage is extended to your spouse and dependent children. They, too, will have online access to search attorneys and use available tools through your account settings once you grant them permission.

• You must enroll during your Open Enrollment.
• You pay $9.11 each paycheck for MetLife Legal.
• Coverage continues as long as you’re enrolled in the plan.

Eligible employees receive discounted pricing off the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for most Pandora products:

• Who’s eligible: Core full-time, part-time, and flex associates paid directly by Pandora (employees not scheduled in a calendar month are ineligible unless on approved leave).
• Discounts: Most jewelry and accessories are 50% off MSRP; diamond jewelry is 25% off MSRP. Pandora Cares plans aren’t eligible.
• Timing matters:
  • Limited or collaboration collections: available 10 days after launch
  • New cycle launches: available one week after launch
• Quantity limits apply: You can’t purchase items that are among the last two units in any size or style.
• Personal use only: Purchases must be for yourself or as a genuine gift.
• No stacking: Employee discounts can’t be combined with promotions, loyalty rewards, or other offers.
• Payment rules: Purchases must be made by you, using approved payment methods.
• Spending limits: Quarterly purchase caps and diamond limits apply based on your role.
