Pandora offers Delta Dental PPO coverage through Delta Dental with two options: a Low Plan and a High Plan. You’ll generally save the most when you see a dentist in the Delta Dental PPO network because those providers have agreed to contracted rates.

Nope, Delta Dental doesn’t require an ID card at the dentist. You can usually check in with your name, birth date, and your enrollee ID or Social Security number. If you cover dependents, they’ll use your details, too. If you still want an ID card, you can print one from your online account or access it in the mobile app.

Pandora’s vision coverage is through VSP. When you need care, just schedule an appointment with a VSP network provider and say you’re a VSP member; VSP and the provider handle the rest. Your VSP policy number is 40167430.
