Your pets are important, to you and to us. We're thrilled to now offer you pet wellness coverage through Wagmo. Wagmo Wellness plans make help you stay on top of your pet’s health by reimbursing you for routine essentials like grooming, vaccines, and checkups—the things most insurance plans don’t include. Learn more about this benefit and enroll. You can enroll at anytime, but Open Enrollment is a great time to check this off the list!

Start with what matters most

We know there’s a lot to take in during your first weeks, so we’ve made benefits enrollment simple and approachable.

You have 30 days from your hire date to enroll in your Pandora benefits. Make your selections before the window closes.

  • Check your eligibility. You’re eligible for Pandora benefits if you’re a part-time lead or core employee. Seasonal/flex employees are not eligible for benefits.
  • Adding loved ones? If you plan to cover a spouse or dependents, have their Social Security numbers and birth dates ready. It’ll help enrollment go smoothly.
  • Explore your options. This site is your go-to resource for learning about your benefits. Take a few minutes to look around and get comfortable with what’s available.
  • Reflect before you choose. Thinking about your healthcare needs from the past year can help you select benefits that support you now—and protect what matters most going forward.

Benefits crafted with care

At Pandora, your benefits are about you: your life, your priorities, your needs, and your loved ones. Choose the benefits that fit your life today and wherever life takes you next.

Your benefits at-a-glance

Here’s what’s available to you:

  • Benefits you can only enroll in during Open Enrollment (unless you have a change in coverage): Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability buy-up plan
  • Benefits you can enroll in or use anytime: 401(k) plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), employee discounts, service awards, pet insurance/wellness, pet adoption reimbursement, emergency fund

When benefits begin

Your benefits plan year starts on October 1 and ends September 30 of each year.

As a new hire, your benefits begin on the first day of the month after your hire date. For example, if you start on November 15, your coverage kicks in on December 1.

You are billed for coverage on the 15th of the month for the following month’s coverage. For example, you’re billed January 15 for February coverage.

Take action within 30 days

If you’re a new hire, you have 30 days to enroll in your benefits. Once you make your selections, they’ll stay in place for the rest of the plan year, unless you experience a qualifying life event.

Important! When you enroll, you’ll set up convenient automatic payments through Hooray Health for medical, dental and vision coverage. Your premium will be withdrawn on the 15th of each month to cover the following month.

Once you enroll in coverage and it's active, MetLife will send you a welcome email that will direct you to your member portal. In the member portal you can access your ID card; a physical MetLife card will not be mailed to you. You can also access your Hooray Health ID card through the member portal for Hooray Health. If you have an issue, contact Hooray Health or in the MetLife portal reach out to MetLife directly.

If a payment doesn’t go through, don’t worry. You’ll receive a notification, so you will know right away. From there, simply reach out to Customer Service to make your payment. You’ll have until the end of the month to catch up before coverage ends.

If coverage is canceled, you won’t be able to re-enroll until the next Open Enrollment period. However, losing coverage does count as a qualifying life event (QLE), which means you may be able to choose coverage through another carrier if that’s the right fit for you.

Moving from part-time to full-time?

You must contact Hooray Health to cancel your coverage.

Changing your benefits

When your life changes, your benefits may need to change, too. This is called a qualifying life event, like getting married, welcoming a baby, or gaining or losing other coverage.

Big life moments, smart benefit moves

Here’s what you’ll need to do to ensure you have the coverage you need if you have a qualifying life event, such as getting married or divorced, a change in your employment status, or having a child:

  • Make your changes within 30 days of the event date.
  • Upload verification (like a birth certificate or loss of coverage letter) of the qualifying life event.
  • Submit your updates directly through Hooray Health.

If you miss your 30-day window, your next chance to make changes will be during the next Open Enrollment period.
