Fertility support
Pandora’s medical plans include fertility benefits to support a range of family building paths without requiring a medical diagnosis for treatment eligibility. That means more flexibility—and fewer hurdles—when you’re deciding what’s right for you.
Fertility benefits may include:
- Coverage for fertility treatments, including IVF
- Coverage available without a medical infertility diagnosis
- Support for advanced reproductive technologies (subject to plan requirements)
- Egg freezing when medically necessary

Adoption and surrogacy support
Growing your family doesn’t always follow one path. Pandora proudly supports those navigating adoption and surrogacy journeys with financial assistance for eligible expenses.
Receive reimbursement for certain non-medical costs associated with building your family, such as:
- Adoption or surrogacy agency fees
- Legal fees and court costs
- Required home studies, counseling, or evaluations
- Travel and lodging related to the adoption or surrogacy process
- Immigration, translation, or documentation fees related to adoption
Eligible full time employees may receive up to the lifetime maximum benefit amount of $15,000 (grossed-up so taxes are included) for approved expenses.

Available to eligible full-time employees after meeting the following service requirements:
- Full-time employees are eligible after completing six months of full-time employment
- Temporary, part-time, and seasonal/flex/contract workers are not eligible
- Covers non-medical adoption and surrogacy expenses.
- Claims are submitted with documentation and reimbursed through payroll. Submit a ticket to Benefits ZenDesk to contact the benefits team for more information on this process.
- Benefits are separate from medical coverage and bonding leave benefits.
